Consultations
You may cancel a confirmed consultation at least 24 hours before the scheduled start for a full refund of the amount paid. Cancellations inside 24 hours may not be refundable. No-shows are not refunded unless we cancel or reschedule the session.
Study materials
Because digital downloads are delivered immediately after payment, purchases of study materials are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. If a file is defective or inaccessible, contact us and we will replace or refund at our discretion.
How to request
Email contact@quest-future.com with your order or booking ID. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Polar and may take several business days to appear.
